GHAI will implement youth development programs through collaboration with the government.
Collaboration with the Government, I/NGOs, and community groups is relevant.
GHAI collaborates with local governance, private professional development, care providers, teaching institutions, young professional organizations, and corporate sectors for program implementation.
Current practices include getting approval from concerned government agencies (Social Welfare Council).
After approval, an induction meeting is held with stakeholders to inform and communicate about the programs.

GHAI is dedicated to achieving sustainable outcomes through its developmental activities and initiatives, with a particular focus on benefiting the youth, children, women, widows, and individuals with disabilities within these communities

Our Mission
The mission of GHAI is to actively improve and upgrade communities while enriching the lives of young people. This is achieved through community-based advocacy programs and training initiatives. These programs encompass a range of activities, including HIV/AIDS and sanitation awareness campaigns, vocational and agricultural training, and women empowerment programs

The overarching goal of GHAI is to make a significant IMPACT IN LIVES. They aim to achieve this by providing high-impact, cost-effective, and culturally sensitive capacity-building programs. These programs are specifically designed to benefit the people in the Volta region, with a particular emphasis on youth, widows, individuals with disabilities, and children of school-going age. The organization is committed to addressing the needs of these vulnerable groups and creating positive, lasting change within the community.
